Onyinye has extensive experience in oil and gas, electricity, corporate finance, capital markets and securities law and practice.
Onyinye is recognised in “Who’sWhoLegal” Nigeria (2017 Edition) for her strong expertise in capital markets transactions. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London. She is also a mediator with the Lagos State Multi Door Courthouse. She has published several articles in international journals on commercial and business law, especially in the areas of finance and energy.
