We have advised or are advising both developers and investors on both greenfield development and financing, restructuring refinancing of brownfield projects, on transactions such as –
- the development of a-495MW IPP together with associated gas supply infrastructure and transmission network;
- the development of an off-grid 75 MW IPP and associated natural gas transportation and electricity distribution project by an investment firm affiliated to the world’s leading manufacturer of power generation equipment;
- the development of a barge-mounted floating IPP and related power evacuation infrastructure;
- the development of a modular refinery project; and
- the development of an industrial park with a dedicated power supply solution.
