Praise holds an LL. B degree from the University of Calabar and an LL. M degree from the University of Lagos. He routinely provides legal advisory and transaction support services to clients across diverse industries with special focus on taxation, energy, and finance. He also represents clients in the resolution of complex commercial disputes.
